My service area includes Silver City, Bayard, Santa Clara, and Hurley:
- $250 – average home and lot (up to 2,000 sq. ft. and 1/2-acre)
- For large or complicated properties, submit quote inquiries using the button below.
- Outside of our service area, a travel fee applies determined by distance. Use the button below to request a quote.

policies
- For events and products there is a 1-hour minimum booking, with 1/2-hour increment rate after first hour.
- For real estate, pricing is a flat fee determined by property size.
- Signed contract and deposit are required to secure your appointment.
- Cancellation policy varies by timing and circumstance. Details are provided in contracts.
